Lam Research had a need for additional space to make room for expanisons of their lab operations, and we helped them to identify a location that fit their needs at the Leveton Business Campus. Although construction had not yet begun, Leveton Business Campus had already acquired design and building permits, which saved Lam Research a significant amount of time to create the space to best fit their needs.
