The last six months have brought historic levels of economic uncertainty and challenges for vast sectors of the economy, both nationally and locally. While none have been truly immune to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the commercial real estate world, those occupants and owners of industrial real estate have fared significantly better than their counterparts in the office, retail, hospitality and multi-family world. 
 
Buoyed by the need for direct-to-consumer delivery, the logistic, trucking and fulfillment sectors have been the most obvious benefactors of the further consumer shift to online shopping.
