Mr. Pileggi is a native of Portland, graduating cum laude from Willamette University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.  Prior to joining Macadam Forbes, he worked as a financial analyst in the high tech industry in the Portland metropolitan area.  As a former financial analyst with a degree in economics, Mr. Pileggi has a command of financial decision-making, detailed transaction accounting, and macroeconomic principles.

Mr. Pileggi is specializing in the office, flex, and industrial markets.  His geographic focus is primarily in the Southwest and I-5 Corridor markets, though he has experience in other Portland markets.  He is involved in the marketing of office, flex, and industrial space for both sale and lease.
