Experience
Since 1982 Mr. Peterson has handled real estate in the Portland area for a host of corporations, institutions, investors, developers and users of industrial property.
Mr. Peterson is the past president of the Portland Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is active in the organization on a national level as well. As a former CPA, he has great experience in analyzing the financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Mr. Peterson has dealt extensively with city officials and local land use issues in the Portland metropolitan area. He has served on six different citizen committees dealing with transporation and planning issues affecting our region. He is also familiar with many of the larger companies in the area and their respective decision makers.
Mr. Peterson has been nominated by the Portland Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors for the Transaction of the Year Award four times in the industrial category and twice in the office category, receiving the top award in the industrial category and the office category twice.
