Since 1981, Mr. Meaney’s experience in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and investment properties in the Portland metropolitan area has resulted in the successful completion of many commercial real estate transactions for individual and corporate clients alike.

Notable transactions include leasing Boise Cascade Corporation 225,000 square feet of distribution space while selling the 92,000 square feet they were occupying at the time.  Also, Mr. Meaney was involved in selling EOFF Electric Company’s 80,000 square foot Portland, Oregon distribution center, as well as negotiating a 14,000 square foot class “A” office lease for D.A. Davidson & Co., and a 15,000 square foot class “A” office lease for the brokerage firm Straud, Atkinson, Williams and York.
