Experience
Steve Marcy is in his seventeenth year of successful real estate brokerage, specializing in leasing and sales of office, corporate facilities and business parks. He is consistently a top producer and industry leader and has completed in excess of 3,500,000 SF of lease and sale transactions. He has sold numerous commercial properties including business parks, retail centers, office buildings and industrial buildings. He has been nominated for Oregon/Washington Broker of the Year multiple times, is a multiple-time runner up for CCIM Transaction of the Year and was 2002 nominee for SIOR Transaction of the Year.
Before joinging Macadam Forbes, Steve was a principal with ICPS, and a principal with Corporate Property Services (CPS) where he helped grow that company to become recognized as one of Portland’s most productive boutique firms. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis, and was responsible for generating over 2.5 million square feet of new listings in the first 18 months of his tenure. During the same period he also successfully marketed and leased four new multi-tenant speculative Class “A” office buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet. Steve built and lead multiple teams of brokers in both tenant and landlord representation and was a member of the Grubb & Ellis National Technology Council.
