Joe Kappler began his commercial real estate career in 2006 at Macadam Forbes and has been an integral part of the office team. Mr. Kappler specializes in the leasing of office properties, primarily in the Portland and Vancouver markets. Mr. Kappler has been directly involved in over $55M worth of sales and leasing consideration to date in his career. The majority of his transactions have occurred in SW Portland. In June of 2011 Mr. Kappler became a Partner at Macadam Forbes.
