He has already sold over $30,000,000.00 worth of commercial property and leased more than $10,000,000.00 worth of commercial space. The majority of these transactions have occurred in Southwest Portland and the Gateway area. In addition to landlord representation, Mr. Kappler is very active representing tenants in the Portland metro area.
