Mr. Kappler is a native of Portland, and graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2006. Prior to joining Macadam Forbes, he interned at several commercial real estate brokerages. Mr. Kappler interned at CB Richard Ellis in Portland during the summer of 2005 assisting the office, retail and industrial brokers with tenant rosters and property photos across the Portland market. During the school year of 2005-06 Mr. Kappler interned with Pacific Real Estate Partners in Bellevue, Washington working closely with their investment team.

Mr. Kappler works in the office, flex and industrial markets with an emphasis in Southwest Portland. He is involved in the leasing and sales of office, flex and industrial properties.
