Since 1973, Mr. Duyn has specialized in marketing industrial and commercial real estate in the Portland area where he was First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis and one of the office’s top producers.  He averages over 25 transactions and $18 million in annual consideration.

Mr. Duyn joined Macadam Forbes in March 2003 and brings extensive experience in marketing buildings and land for sale or lease as well as a special focus on buyer and tenant representation assignments and build to suit negotiation.  In addition, Mr. Duyn has provided assistance to many local and national user clients and developers performing buy vs. lease analysis and other confidential consultation services.
