Mr. Curran is a longtime Portland resident, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 with a degree in Finance. Prior to joining Macadam Forbes, Joe spent nine years as a project manager for Specht Development, Inc. and most recently worked at Capmark Financial as a workout specialist for distressed commercial real estate. Joe joined Macadam Forbes in 2010.
Mr. Curran works in both industrial and office properties with a focus in the Southwest Portland market.
