Experience

Since 1988, Mr. Collins has been specializing in industrial and office transactions.  In addition to sales and leasing activity, Mr. Collins has had consistently brokered significant investment transactions with an emphasis on complicated Tax Deferred 1031 Exchange requirements.  His long-standing client relationships have led to many exclusive tenant representative assignments including those that are in national and international scope.

With a strong referral business he services both small and large requirements.  Some of his most notable transactions include a corporate relocation of over a 1,000 employees out of state and a complicated portfolio sale of five investment properties located in three western states.  He has been nominated five times for SIOR’s Deal of the Year Award having received the prestigious award three times.
