Mr. Brokenshire entered the commercial real estate business in 1986 specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and investment properties.  While his experience includes a wide range of transaction types over the entire metropolitan area, his focus has been on Portland’s eastside.  Mr. Brokenshire is well regarded for his expertise in the central eastside submarket in particular.
