With a primary focus on the sale and leasing of Industrial and Office properties, Mr. Bayne has successfully completed numerous transactions for both corporate and individual clients in the commercial real estate business since 1994.
In 2004, Mr. Bayne became a partner with the firm.
Mr. Bayne's market focus has been very diverse ranging from Clackamas, Milwaukie and the Central Eastside to Portland's Southwest markets of Tualatin, Tigard and Wilsonville. He has procured numerous transactions in these markets. He is intimately familiar with these areas, knows the strengths and knows how to sell the property's amenities to prospects familiar and unfamiliar with these areas.
Mr. Bayne understands that commercial real estate is a relationship business and he prides himself on maintaining long-term relationships with his clients.
