In 2004, Mr. Bayne became a partner with the firm.
Mr. Bayne’s main focus is in the northeast and southeast Portland markets. He has procured numerous transactions in these markets. He is intimately familiar with these areas, knows the strengths and knows how to sell the property’s amenities to prospects familiar and unfamiliar with the eastside area.
