Ms. Aschoff joined Macadam Forbes in 2007. She works with mid to large companies and individual real estate investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial and investment properties in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington area.

The transfer of property takes more than an agreement between two parties. Ms Aschoff provides her clients the end-to-end brokerage services from listing/locating property, through document creation, terms negotiation, and 3rd party coordination, to the completion of the deal and the transfer of real property through the lease or sales transaction.
Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, Ms Aschoff is equally active in landlord and tenant representation.
