Experience

Mr. Brokenshire began his commercial real estate career in 1986 specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties. In the years since, his experience has grown to include office and retail properties and a wide range of transaction types from investment sales, to land leases and complex build-to-suit transactions. Mr. Brokenshire has focused much of his activities on Portland's eastside and is well regarded for his expertise in the central eastside submarket.
